The grounds here are impeccable – from the well-manicured vegetation to the vast palm trees that dot this serene Longboat Key location. The buildings at Beach Castle are the color of sunshine and are accented by Bahama shutters and railings that resemble palm trees. Each unit is individually owned, which means no unit is alike and provides a unique vacation experience to our guests. However, all units provide a full kitchen, living room and private lanais – never compromising the comforts of home.

This secluded hideaway exudes a classic charm that, as vacationers, we yearn for. A place to get away from it all, relish in the Florida sunshine and reconnect with family and friends; all this while enjoying white-sand beaches, privacy and most importantly, vacation memories that last a lifetime.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of Beach Castle Resort #1 will have the option of temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles, fishing pier and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: Beach Castle Resort is a quiet, 21-unit condominium resort midway on the exclusive island of Longboat Key with a variety of views including Gulf front, Bay front, pool and garden views.

Unit #1 Features: Two-bedroom, two-bathroom first-floor unit located on the Gulf side. Decorated in pastels, Florida charm with updated amenities including wireless Internet, granite countertops, updated appliances, and LCD, flat-screen TV’s. Netflix available.

View: Gulf Front Views

Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens, Sleeper Sofa

Parking: All guests have use of 1 assigned parking spot during their stay. Additional spots are available at a nearby community on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

Pets: Pets are not permitted on Beach Castle property.

Resort Features: Full-size Kitchen, Spacious Floorplans, Heated Community Pool, Community Hot Tub, Grills, On-site Office, Private Lanais, Complimentary Laundry Facilities, Shared Boat Docks (available on a first-come, first-served basis, a 26' boat limit, and guest is responsible to find off-site parking for boat trailer), Cable TV, Wireless Internet, Complimentary Guest Parking, Private Beach Access, Complimentary Lounge Chairs and Umbrellas

Please Note: Beach Castle is a self service resort; we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For your convenience, an amenity “Starter Kit” is provided to assist you upon your arrival. Any essentials required after the initial provided, such as toilet paper, dish soap, etc. is the responsibility of the guest.

We had a great vacation in this unit. We had 2 couples and the bedrooms and baths were very nice. It was right at the entrance to the beach. Very quite. Had a nice screened in porch and sliding glass door to the outside. There were 3 TVs, but one only got streaming shows. Everything in the unit was in great condition. We loved it and would return. As we arrived, we ran into the folks who had rented it the week before and they told us that they loved it.

Beach Castle Resort #1 is awesome. Clean accommodations, comfortable beds, well appointed. Location has direct access to the beach. The other side of the property has the pool and harbor access. Too expensive to book for next year.

Our stay was very wonderful. The Condo and location were perfect! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus to the already amazing and picturesque Gulf side location. It was our first time and stay at Beach Castle. We would definitely come back in the future!

Very enjoyable! A very easy walk to beach plus chair, umbrella and beach towel included. We did need a fly swatted Miskitos’s were bad. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. <br/>

We had a great week in Long Boat Key. We have stayed at this location about 6 times. The Condo is always clean and well equipped. The location is also great. We dined out a few times, rented jet skis and floated in the calm water. Got lots of sun in first half of the day, shopped in the afternoon. It was wonderful being with my family. The only disappointing thing was the patio had been removed. There was always a nice patio, you could put a table on and have dinner. Unfortunately, it was unappealing to even sit out with my morning coffee. The two chairs provided were sitting in front of the door on an area about 24 inches wide. After that, your feet were in the grass. I asked what happened to patio, but got a few stupid answers. None of which made since. I know, I need to let it go!!! Other wise, it is a fantastic unit.

Great location. Convenient to grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Sarasota. Very quiet. Fantastic location if you want to relax on the beach. Beautiful view from the living room and covered outdoor patio as well. Rental property management was excellent. The entire pool area was clean and maintained. There were a few cockroaches inside the unit which may or may not be due to close proximity of the beach and lush foliage , not a huge deal. The furniture was a well used And I found the bed to be a bit too hard for my liking. OverallBut overall we had a wonderful stay And if we have the opportunity again in the future we would consider renting from this community again.

Overall we had a very good experience. The condo was clean and well stocked. <br/>Due to Covid, I would make more restrictions on the path from the building to the beach and ask that people go one at a time and also reminders to stay apart on the beach. I felt like at times the beach was too crowded so you may want to limit the amount of short term rentals available.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect and special kudos for our front desk Ted he gave us the right information to where to go and things we could do during our stay. We have a blast. We will come back.
