We had a great vacation at the Outrigger. The Longboat Key area is a favorite of ours and we can't wait to return again. We were a a little late for our check-in, but managment sent a very kind and appreciated email detailing the unit key location and check-in procedures. It was very clear and easy. what a great way to start our vacation!

This was the third time that we have rented this condo. <br/>It was very clean and a great location.<br/>We wish that there would have been beach towels in the condo for the renters use. <br/>We had to call maintenance as the handle broke on the refrigerator and the dishwasher wasn't closing properly for it to run thru the cycle. It was shortly after our call to maintenance that a service man arrived and took care of both issues. <br/>We were disappointed to see the lawn and the exterior condo building in such a state of neglect.<br/>The outside sitting/grill area is lovely with picnic tables and outside seating. <br/>
